IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be stretching out in your flawlessly finished, dual aspect 330 square foot open plan living area, with honey-hued engineered flooring underfoot, a wealth of natural light pouring in courtesy of floor to ceiling windows, and access to your balcony. Step out onto your sixty five foot private outside space for a glorious south-west-facing sun trap, a gorgeous spot for catching rays later in the day. Back inside and hardwood flooring gives way to ceramics in the kitchen area - a sublime spot decked out in white units, integrated appliances and a gleaming letterbox tiled backsplash.

Head into the hallway to explore the rest of this refined 800 square foot abode. Your elegant white bathroom's to the right and home to a dedicated double length shower cubicle, mirrored cabinet and sleek fittings. There's plenty of storage space next door and both bedrooms are generous doubles with floor to ceiling windows, the larger coming with a covetable en suite. Finally, your new development comes with communal grounds dotted with benches and fragrant rosemary bushes, ideal for getting to know the neighbours.

Step outside and the bustling hub of leafy Highams Park is three minutes from your front door. Bursting with eateries, sample the delectable fare at Yaz, Breeze, One The Avenue, Mood Lift Cafe and Karya. Or if you're looking for a new local then the fine community micropub the Stag & Lantern's well worth a visit. You're blessed with a wealth of open green open space, too. Head to Vincent Road Playground eight minutes away and follow the River Ching up to Highams Park itself for rolling parkland (bursting with bluebells in Spring), a sparkling lake and spectacular views over London.

a word from the owner...

"We've loved our time in this apartment, filled with ample natural light through the large windows. The sunny balcony southwest facing has been our favourite spot, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the sunsets. Highams Park has flourished since we arrived, lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and a cozy microbrewery and wine bar have become our regular spots. The nearby Epping Forest offers fantastic walks and a peaceful retreat. Getting around is a breeze, with convenient transportation options for city exploration and commuting. The neighbourhood's friendly vibe, green parks, and local events foster a sense of community. Living here has brought us joy, convenience, and natural beauty. Our Local Guide:
Highams Park

Hickman Avenue, Highams Park — Stow Brothers

Not everyone in the capital has heard of Highams Park, and that’s only a good thing. Although it’s well connected to Central London on the Overground to Liverpool Street, it’s tucked out of sight enough to ensure that the picturesque woodland and coffee shops have a slightly exclusive feel. That’s not to say that the locals are a cliquey bunch though – far from it, they’ve been welcoming savvy families and individuals after a little more bang for their buck for years.

All the extra space offered up from Epping Forest and Highams Park itself might be the main draw, but newcomers stay for the perks; the silver-lining of the secret slowly getting out is a vibrant and buzzing community which has created a lively food and drink scene.
