IF YOU LIVED HERE…
Stepping inside, you’re immediately aware of the sense of care that’s gone into the home. The living space feels considered and comfortable, with a soft, neutral palette and a natural flow that makes day to day living feel easy. The kitchen sits neatly alongside, modern and well equipped with integrated appliances and clean lines, creating a sociable setting whether you’re cooking or unwinding at the end of the day. Light is thoughtfully drawn through the space, giving it a calm, grounded feel despite its lower ground position.
Both bedrooms are well proportioned doubles, each offering a quiet, restful atmosphere. The bathroom is finished in a similarly understated style, with simple, modern fittings. To the rear, your private patio offers a tucked away spot for morning coffee or evening air, while the communal gardens provide a welcome extension of green space. a word from the owner...
"The flat is very roomy and has a very calm peaceful feel to it. The communal garden is never used by anyone so it feels like a large outdoor space that you can enjoy. Despite being on a busy road - the flat is quiet. Location wise - so many great places are within walking distance but if you did want to go further afield the flat has a dedicated parking space and great road and transport links. I have been very happy living here. "

Our Local Guide:
Wanstead
Thanks to its royal connections and grand properties, Wanstead has previously been compared to the likes of Twickenham and Richmond, although East Londoners are quick to point out that it has plenty enough merits of its own.
For a start, despite its villagey feel, it’s proudly nestled within London’s most creative quadrant and only a short hop on the Central line from the bright lights of the City. There’s also an abundance of green space – Wanstead Flats, Epping Forest, Wanstead Park and Chalet Wood, with the seasonal display of bluebells in the latter just calling out for an accompanying picnic from one of the well-stocked local delis or cafes. But that’s not to say that Wanstead’s charming pubs and restaurants aren’t delightful to look at themselves – it’ll be deciding which to go for that’s the problem.

Transport links
Wanstead, so good they connected it twice. Travellers have the choice of two London Underground stations at either end of the High Street - Wanstead at one and Snaresbrook at the other, both of which are on branches of the Central line.
Family Friendly
With plenty of open green open, laid-back eateries, great schools, cool creative types to live vicariously through, and enough coffee to keep any new parent sane, it’s no wonder so many families are moving to Wanstead.
Vibrant High Street
With a mixture of chain and independent stores conveniently selling everything from groceries to art supplies, Wanstead High Street is where the community comes together. We love that you might go out for a bunch of bananas but return with a vintage bowler hat.
Plenty of Parks on open green spaces
There’s an abundance of green space in Wanstead, with the Flats, Forest, Park and Pond providing a mixture of manicured lawns, untamed wilds and activity-packed playgrounds. Whether you want to burn off energy or recuperate, you’ll find the right spot.
