The bright and neutral decor, with light oak flooring enhances this sense of light and space throughout this lovely property.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You will find yourself unwinding in your spacious through lounge, enjoying the sun streaming through the large bay window. This large room opens into your lovely bright kitchen, space again has been maximised by fitting out this room with fully integrated appliances and floor units only, adding a wider feel to the room. A kitchen door leads out to your private garden, out here you have a paved area - perfect for summer bbq’s - and the rest of the garden provides and excellent blank canvas to get creative with, we imagine a lovely lawn with raised beds around the perimeter but you might prefer to extend the patio for a more low maintenance option. Back inside, and upstairs you’ve got two great sized double rooms. The bedroom to the front has a large bay window, ensuring the room is light and airy, and the impeccable sense of style continues up here as well. You will particularly love the family bathroom, gorgeously styled with a mix of metro tiling and painted wood panelling to the walls, Burlington suite and Seville style flooring.

a word from the expert...

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Hartington Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
