A spacious and elegantly appointed four bedroom, two bathroom Edwardian terrace. The substantial period proportions have been artfully extended across three storeys, there's a generous rear garden and you're just moments from Chingford Mount.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll have over 1000 square feet of space to stretch out in, starting with your bright bay windowed reception to the front. Blonde hardwood flows underfoot, a pristine white colour scheme makes the most of the natural light and an ornate timber mantel takes centre stage. Explore to the rear for your artfully arranged , open plan kitchen and diner, all nicely illuminated by pendulum lighting and large windows.

Your kitchen's decked out in a comprehensive suite of cream cabinets, timber worktops, white tiled splashbacks and a gleaming, double width stainless steel chef's oven. Step out from here onto your immaculate, BBQ perfect rear patio, flanked by timber fencing and giving onto an impressive length of lawn, home to flourishing foliage and ending in that flexible garage.

Back inside, and upstairs your first floor's home to a pair of substantial double bedrooms, the foremost bay windowed, plushly carpeted and beautifully bright. There's also a handy home working space on the landing, while your family bathroom's an elegant affair, smoothly tiled from top to toe. Upstairs again for your artfully converted loft, home to a skylit single bedroom and another double, all rounded out by your smart second bathroom.

a word from the owner...

"During my time here, I have enjoyed taking leisurely walks to the local park and stopping off at the local Costa coffee shop. I have loved living here and will be really sad to leave but the time is right to move closer to family."

Our Local Guide:
Chingford

Hall Lane, Chingford — Stow Brothers

Chingford has flourished more quickly than people have caught on in recent years, making it something of a well kept secret for locals (it wasn’t us who told you). Full of village charm but only 26 minutes from central London, it’s easy to see the appeal.

With sprawling parks in the centre and the 6,000-acre Epping Forest lining the northern boundary, there’s more open space than you can shake a native hornbeam stick at, no wonder that Chingford has spawned two England football captains in recent decades.

For those looking to refuel after burning off all that energy in nature, there’s a thriving food and drink scene, although let’s be clear that the area’s admired status pre-dates the macchiato. Local historical landmark the Queen Elizabeth’s Hunting Lodge was built for Henry VIII way back in 1543.
