"This flat is perfectly situated for the best of both worlds. With busy London just a 20-minute tube or bus journey away, but the serenity of Epping Forest on your doorstep. South Woodford itself is a lovely blooming community, with a selection of independent restaurants, cafes, and shops as well as an Odeon Cinema, 2 large supermarkets within 10 minutes of the flat. We have loved living here and watching the area grow whilst putting our energy into making our first home just as we wanted it. We're also only 30 minutes walk or 10 minutes on the bus from the Walthamstow and Wanstead areas, where we spend many weekends relaxing in the parks and brilliant pubs and enjoying the numerous Farmer's Markets that have sprung up in recent years. The Garden is also one of our favourite aspects of the property, which is south facing and a perfect serene spot for sunbathing, BBQs, and hosting as well as being a beautiful view from the living room - especially in summer when the parakeets and woodpeckers are around! We're ready to take the next step on the property ladder, but we would love to see someone else enjoy all the great parts of living in this ever-growing part of East London."

Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?

No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds. 

No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
