A beautifully bright, immaculately appointed and artfully extended three bedroom family terrace. Room sizes are extremely generous, you have twin bathrooms plus a lush rear garden, and Walthamstow Central is less than ten minutes away.

Our famous High Street is just five minutes' walk and home to Europe's longest street market, a fine choice of cafes and shops, and our latest addition, CRATE Walthamstow, a superb coffee court and bar. There's even mini golf.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Much loved highlights will be plentiful but your 250 square foot through lounge will be a family-wide favourite. Finished in immaculate, stately sandy tones, with rich dark blonde engineered wood underfoot, this is a striking spot from the start. The skylights ranked across the top of the box bay window make for splendid natural light, while at the rear an oversized doorway leads seamlessly into your kitchen/diner. Another generous affair at 170 square feet, in here jet black cabinets finished with brass fittings sit below chunky white counters.

A large skylight combines with a triple set of patio doors to flood everything with natural light, while step outside for a patio and lush lawn surrounded by timber fencing. BBQ perfect. Upstairs now and your principal bedroom's a handsome 150 square foot double, with the storey completed by another similarly styled sleeper and the generous family bathroom, finished in mint green and white glasswork. Your expertly developed loft conversion adds another handsome double sleeper, with plentiful storage, and your second bathroom complete with seamless, walk-in rainfall shower cubicle.

Outside and at the end of the High Street you have the comprehensive transport links of Walthamstow Central. Less than half a mile on foot, from here you have direct, twenty minute runs to Liverpool Street and Oxford Circus, putting both the City and West End less than half an hour away door-to-door. Next to the station you'll also find our main thoroughfare of Hoe Street, home to a wide range of restaurants and bars, as well as live entertainment at Ye Olde Rose & Crown Theatre Pub and the forthcoming Soho Theatre Walthamstow.

WHAT ELSE?

- The peaceful, part-pedestrianised streets of Walthamstow Village are well worth the fifteen minute stroll, for a deliciously diverse range of high end wining and dining establishments. From artisanal gin cocktails to gorgeous Sunday roasts, you're sure to find a new favourite.

a word from the owner...

"We love our house - all the light and the practical layout, it’s an easy house to live in. The street is quiet thanks to a new pocket park. The neighbours are very nice, we’ve made some good friends here. The location is perfect with three underground and overground stations a few minutes away, plus the high street and Sainsbury's is just up the road. On the weekends we like to go to the Wetlands or the Village, picking up a coffee and bun from one of the many local bakeries on the way."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Gosport Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
