a word from the owner...
"Moving from a house to this flat was such a positive and life changing move. It was easy to maintain, with the garden and communal spaces looked after by the management company. We put in a new bathroom and flooring which made it really easy to keep nice and clean, and have just put in a new kitchen. The location is perfect, with easy parking on site for guests and it’s so close to the tube station. We made regular use of the many cafes which are just moments away on foot and enjoyed family meals at the restaurants on the high road too. Having supermarkets within walking distance is really handy too."

Our Local Guide:
South Woodford
Beautiful property, great amenities, green space, a wonderful sense of community and excellent transport links, honestly, what’s not to love about South Woodford?
No wonder it’s become such a popular area for families looking to make their money go a little further. For a start, there’s a Marks and Spencer and Waitrose on the vibrant high street, as well as independent stores and eateries. It has incredibly easy access to the City and West End (18 mins to Liverpool St or 27 mins Oxford Circus on the Central line), and with Epping Forest a stone’s throw in the other direction, residents really do feel like they’ve got the best of both worlds.
No wonder it’s such a happy community. Luckily they’re a friendly, inclusive bunch too, pleased to welcome both new residents and visitors alike.
