A beautifully refurbished four bedroom Victorian terrace, full of natural light and brimming with vintage features, classic style and sleek designer finishes across all three storeys. And just a half mile on foot from Lloyd Park and Wood Street.

This really is a beautiful find, finished to a covetable, camera-ready standard throughout, with all sorts of designer touches to delight you on a daily basis.

Artfully distressed timber floorboards flow underfoot in your first reception, a charming affair of 140 square feet with bistro shutters on the box bay window. A perfect introduction. Next door your dedicated dining room is similarly spacious and stylish, with those vintage floorboards descending to sleek, smoke grey vinyl in your naturally bright kitchen.

In here, suites of charcoal grey cabinets run down either flank, home to marbled countertops, sleek letterbox splashbacks, pewter fittings, integrated appliances and a charming Dublin sink. To the rear you have a skylit playroom, with patio doors framing views of your private rear garden. Out here a patio descends to a lush length of lawn, surrounded by timber fencing.

Upstairs and there's more of that lovely vintage flooring in both bedrooms, each a substantial double. Your family bathroom is an utterly delectable affair featuring a classic clawfoot tub, twin vessel sinks and a gorgeous walk in rainfall shower with onyx trim and aquamarine letterbox tiling. Upstairs again, and your expertly converted loft is home to two more double bedrooms, including a skylight principal sleeper with sparkling en suite shower room.

- The open green spaces and landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park are just half a mile on foot, home to cafes, courts, an outdoor gym and all manner of sports clubs and classes, including the ever popular Yoga Me Happy.
- Parents will be pleased to discover five 'Outstanding' primary/secondary schools, all less than a mile away on foot. A further twenty are rated 'Good', and are just as close.
- Wood Street overground station is a fifteen minute stroll or five minute cycle, and will get you straight to Liverpool Street in twenty minutes. Heading to the West End? Walthamstow Central is just one stop down and will get you directly to Oxford Circus just as quickly.

a word from the owner...

"We have loved living here and renovating it into a lovely and spacious family home with a huge family bathroom which has made bath and bedtime with our little ones that much easier. The location is amazing with the Galley Cafe just a few doors down, Ruttle and Rowe around the corner and the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre, Wood Street and Epping Forest just a short walk away. It's a super lovely home in a brilliant location and we will miss it. "

Our Local Guide:

Fulbourne Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
