"We have loved living at Gallery Court. The flat itself is huge, perfect for families or for entertaining, it's also very practical with loads of storage. The building is extremely quiet and our small corridor is lovely and very friendly (we have our own Whatsapp group and people really look out for each other, help with parcel collections etc). The location of the flat is perfect and there are great shops, cafes and useful amenities on the doorstep. Check out Ruttle & Rowe, Wood Street Bakery, dinner at Dudley's and the new Mezcal cocktail bar! Wood Street overground is less than 10 minutes away and gets you quickly to everything East London has to offer. It's also great being only 15 minutes walk to the fab Walthamstow Village and a very quick bus ride to Walthamstow Central. We are ready to take the next step on the property ladder but know whoever buys our flat will be happy here."

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
