IF YOU LIVED HERE…

Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed layout arranged around a lengthy through hall. The reception room at the front, finished in crisp white, is filled with natural light from the charming Victorian bay window. Engineered oak hardwood flooring runs underfoot, while the original vintage fireplace adds period character, flanked by generous shelving. Down the hall, your kitchen features convenient garden access and a fresh white aesthetic, with pristine tilework contrasting beautifully with slate stone style flooring and timber style worktops.

Your bathroom showcases the same stylish flooring as the kitchen, paired with crisp white tiled walls and a striking blue accent stripe. A spacious tub with shower overhead completes the space. a word from the owner...

"We've loved living here and this flat has been a perfect home. The sunny and beautiful garden has been a real source of tranquility and pleasure for us over the years, and we will miss having coffees, breakfasts and slow lunches under the apple tree. We hope the new owner enjoys it just as much. The area is filled with so much to explore from Epping Forest to the Wetlands and the William Morris Gallery in Lloyd Park, and excellent cafes and restaurants on every corner."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Falmer Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
