Set in the iconic Bow Quarter development within strolling distance to both the Olympic Park and Victoria Park, this two-bedroom apartment is packed with highlights, both inside and out. The entire building celebrates its rich heritage whilst also bringing a huge amount of contemporary convenience, so there’s a 24-hour concierge, on-site gym, roof terrace, swimming pool, coffee shop and even a grocery store, amongst the striking architectural features. Meanwhile, the home itself boosts high ceilings, immaculate decor, a mezzanine floor and a large open plan style living area and kitchen.

Bow Road station is less than a mile away, where you’ll find access to the Hammersmith & City line or District line, so getting into Central London is simple. Bow Church is even closer for the DLR.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

Packed with history, Bow has a wonderful sense of community - and its considered regeneration means you find cool coffee shops and bars nestled comfortably alongside the much-loved traditional pubs and market stalls. But let’s start at home…

Your stunning building frontage will set the tone for any visitors - it’s a glorious development with a rich sense of history as well as striking architecture. You’ll find more of the generous proportions inside your 835 square foot apartment. For instance, your reception room is flooded with light from the huge studio-style windows, perfectly showcasing the features such as the wall lights and timber flooring. At the rear, your kitchen is perfectly formed with smart units and fittings.

Your master bedroom is huge, with the same gorgeous windows. The custom shelving and dual access points will be particularly convenient. Head into your beautifully designed hallway and up to the mezzanine floor, where you’ll find your second bedroom. You’ll really appreciate the in-built storage here, as well as the inspiring view point overlooking your reception, making it perfect for a home office.

Finally, the bathroom is smart and modern which floor-to-ceiling tilings and an over-tub shower.

You’ll love having access to the communal roof terrace and beautifully maintained grounds - and of course, all of the other on-site features will be a huge game changer. There’s 24-hour concierge, on-site gym, swimming pool, coffee shop and even a Morrisons store. We’d say you won’t even have to leave the development, but of course the location is fantastic too, so you’ll be keen to get exploring… There’s abundance of green space nearby, including the Olympic Park, just over the River Lea, and the area is full of brilliant food and drink based amenities. The Lord Tredegar, The Coborn, Morgan Arms, and The Lord Morpeth are four great pubs within strolling distance.

WHAT ELSE?
- Despite the home being situated in such an buzzing hub, it’s less than a 20 min walk to Victoria Park, which home to internationally renowned festivals including All Points East Festival and Field Day.
- Two things for the bucket list can be achieved within minutes while living here - a trip to ABBA Arena and/or a whizz down Zip World London, formerly called the ArcelorMittal Orbit, aka the world's longest tunnel slide.
- You’ve probably heard of the legendary Roman Road Market, which is within a few minutes of your home - and a great place to pick up essentials or just go for a spot of browsing.

a word from the owner...

"I have lived in Bow Quarter for 11 years and, honestly, quite reluctant to leave. There is a huge sense of community within the complex, meeting people at the coffee shop on-site, or just bumping into others on dog walks or on the terrace. You feel extremely safe and the grounds are well-kept by a dedicated team you will get to know. We usually spend our weekends in Victoria Park, going to the farmers market or heading to Victoria Park Village. There is also the convenience of having Roman Road market (a true east London market) and Stratford so close with Westfield, as well as the new V&A, BBC and Sadlers Wells. Bow Quarter really is a unique place to live."
