A two bedroom, ground floor apartment in our signature Warner style, brimming with period features and vintage character. You have a lengthy, lush rear garden, backing onto Douglas Eyre Playing Fields for enviable peace and tranquillity.

The brainchild of Walthamstow's first mayor, Sir Thomas Courtenay Warner, at the turn of the century these sturdy properties remain some of the most popular housing around.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll be immediately impressed with your handsome, red brick exterior, set back from the street and sheltered by mature foliage. Step through your dedicated front door for the light and airy hallway leading you to your spacious lounge, flooded with natural light through a generous bay window.

Explore further for two similarly-sized, double bedrooms, one featuring a further bay window and the other light laminate flooring. Your newly fitted kitchen is handily situated at the rear of the property and is packed with versatile storage options. Direct garden access means drinks and nibbles will not need to be carried far to keep your guests happy. Finally the bathroom where crisp, white bathroom fittings enhance natural daylight over the shower maximises your pampering space.

The calm, tranquil surroundings of London's largest nature reserve, the Green Flag award winning Walthamstow Wetlands, is just fifteen minutes on foot with 500 acres of wild blue and green space to get lost in. a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub There are four trains stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”. Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Edward Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
