An immaculately finished, elegantly extended four bedroom 1930s semi detached, laid out across three storeys and more than 1500 square feet. There's also a large garden and you have both Epping Forest and George Lane within walking distance.

Thanks to your semi detached status you have side access to that impressive rear garden, a lush length of lawn ending in your eighty square foot studio. Powered, insulated and ideal for turning to all manner of purposes.

Step past the classic period frontage for handsome timber flooring in the grand hallway, and your front reception immediately to the left, coming in at more than 200 square feet, all beautifully illuminated by the broad bow window. Walls are finished in stately powder grey and there's matching soft carpet underfoot. Further down the hallway you have a handy spare understairs cloakroom on your right before you come to the show stopping kitchen/reception room.

Here you have a gloriously pristine expanse of over 400 square feet - oversized glossy marbled floor tiles flow underfoot, and a bank of three large skylights runs overhead. Adding to the natural light, you have a rear wall of bi folding Crittal doors opening the whole space up to the broad patio and that lush garden beyond. Your kitchen units are smart in charcoal black below white marbled worktops, while an air conditioner ensures it's always comfortable.

Upstairs now and your generous principal bedroom features another beauty of a bow window and a generous suite of fitted wardrobes running from floor to the impressively high ceilings. Cosy carpet runs underfoot. There's another double sleeper to the rear, plus a generous single to the front. The family bathroom completes the storey, featuring both a freestanding clawfoot tub and walk in rainfall shower cubicle. Finally, your converted loft offers another double sleeper, dual aspect and skylit, complete with gorgeous en suite shower room.

Outside and it's just a fifteen minute walk to South Woodford's social hub of George Lane, home to a broad range of bars, restaurants and gastropubs, as well as the local landmark that is the art deco Odeon cinema. Stroll a little further and you'll come to South Woodford tube, for the Central line and direct connections to the City (eighteen minutes to Liverpool Street) and West End (twenty seven minutes to Tottenham Court Road). Alternatively, the endless greenery of Epping Forest is less than twenty minutes away. You'll forget you're in London.

- You have four 'Outstanding' primary schools and one 'Outstanding' secondary all within a twenty minute walk. There's also a further six schools rated 'Good', and just as close.
- The open greenery of Churchfields Recreation Ground is less than two minutes from your new front door, perfect for morning jogs, evening strolls or just exercising furry friends.
- Your large driveway offers off street parking for two cars, and drivers can be on the arterial North Circular in around five minutes.
