This bright and stylish two-bedroom apartment is situated on the four floor of a modern development in the heart of Hackney, surrounded by all the fantastic amenities, transport links and green spaces that make this area so special.

As well as the sleek interiors and striking views, there’s a south-facing private balcony, concierge and even a communal gym. It’s all fresh and ready to be enjoyed.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Head straight up to the fourth floor - at the very top of your modern development - and access your 692 square foot home. The decor is spotless and considered, so unpacking and settling in will be a pleasure.

The open plan reception/kitchen is bursting with natural light thanks to the generous glazing, while the kitchen area is sleek and modern, with smart units and integrated appliances. The bedrooms are both bright and spacious - and the larger of the two has in-built storage, while the bathroom is stylish and contemporary with an over-tub shower and calming blush hues. There’s plenty of storage space throughout, including convenient built-in storage in the hallway.

You’ll love relaxing on your south-facing private balcony, enjoying the lofty views. The fourth floor height also adds an element of energy efficiency, something you’ll appreciate in winter. Another way of warming up is, of course, by heading to the communal gym and putting in a work-out - the ultimate convenience.

As for beyond, this is a brilliantly thriving part of Hackney and it also offers incredibly easy access to London Fields, Clapton and Victoria Park. Your local pub is the iconic Pembury Tavern, while The Vincent is just as close and will be your go-to for brunch. Only slightly further away you’ll find Casa Fofo - a simply great spot for fine dining.

WHAT ELSE?
- The Hackney Picturehouse cinema is just 10 minutes away on foot and has a brilliant selection of blockbusters and indies alike, as well as a great cafe bar - the perfect meeting point.
- Despite all the urban buzz, this area has a surprisingly large amount of green space. Hackney Downs Park is a stone’s thrown away, while London Fields is strolling distance, with its much-loved lido. Victoria Park is a short stretch further - and home to some internationally renowned festivals including All Points East Festival and Field Day.
- Transport is plentiful in this area with some excellent bus routes nearby, including the 55 and 38 into central London, as well as Hackney Downs station very close by, which is served by the Overground.

a word from the owner....

"We’ve had a wonderful 10 years at Atkins Square. We bought this flat early in our relationship, and we’ll be leaving it as a married couple with a beautiful daughter. This home has been our haven—a place where we’ve always felt relaxed and at ease. During Covid, our balcony became our very own Hackney Riviera, complete with a picnic table and parasol, providing much-needed outdoor space. We’ve also been fortunate to form lifelong friendships with our neighbours, who will be deeply missed. While we’re sad to say goodbye, it’s time for our family to move on. We’re excited to give someone else the chance to enjoy this lovely flat and make it their own!"

Dalston Lane, Hackney — Stow Brothers

Where do you start with Hackney? It can feel like it’s all been said before, but, of course, it can’t have been because the area is constantly evolving, which is what keeps it so fresh. It’s just what happens when a neighbourhood has such a high population of creative innovators.

Even fans of Hackney’s scruffier edges love the imaginative ways that the area has been regenerated, with thoughtfully-designed stores, bars and coffee shops sitting comfortably alongside sleek architecture and beloved institutions such as Ridley Road Market.

Despite all this urban buzz, the area has a surprisingly large amount of green space, including Hackney Wick, Victoria Park and London Fields, which fill up with a mix of visitors and locals at weekends. Whether they go on to have food at a Michelin-starred restaurant, a pint in The Talbot or a swim in the lido, they’re all united in their love of this most unique community.
