THIS PROPERTY HAS ALREADY BEEN SHOWN

Well maintained 1 bedroom ground floor Warner flat moments from Blackhorse road tube station. This newly redecorated apartment boasts a bright decor throughout, new carpets and a kitchen large enough to dine in. The garden approximately 50ft in length is an ideal size to enjoy and perfect for those keen gardeners. The property offers a separate lounge, double bedroom with feature fireplace and is offered furnished.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be enjoying all the fruits of this neutral refurbishment, your front lounge, with twin sash windows that let in plenty of natural light while your front hedge maintains your privacy. Next door your bedroom's a substantial, 100 square foot double, similarly styled with an ebony vintage hearth and garden view.

Next up is your kitchen/diner - blonde wood effect cabinets, topped with dark marbled effect work surfaces and home to integrated appliances. Your bathroom rounds things off in style, immaculately tiled with wood panelled bathroom.

Outside and Blackhorse Road station is just a third of a mile on foot. From here the Victoria line will whisk you straight to Kings Cross in fifteen minutes, putting the heart of London well within a half hour door to door. Plus we're at the top of the line here so you'll always get a seat. Heading to the City? St James Street station is just as close and will get you directly to Liverpool Street in twenty minutes.

WHAT ELSE?

- London's largest nature reserve, our 500 acres, Green Flag award winning Walthamstow Wetlands, is less than fifteen minutes away anytime you want to escape city life. Free to enter all year round, endlessly explorable and packed with things to see and do.
- Be sure to check out one of Walthamstow's best kept secrets beneath the Pumphouse Museum just half a mile away. Supperclub.tube serves up Latin American cuisine to die for in a decommissioned tube carriage.
- The much loved Walthamstow Beer Mile, a collection of independent breweries, beer gardens and taprooms off Blackhorse Lane, is just a ten minute walk away. Craft beer lovers will be in heaven, especially at the vast Truman's Brewery.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub. There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”. Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Courtenay Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
