You're well placed for nature here too, with the vast 500 acre, Green Flag award winning wilderness of Walthamstow Wetlands just a half mile on foot from your new front door.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

Step inside and your hallway greets you with mint pastel walls and a pair of spacious cupboards for storage, always a welcome bonus in London apartment living. Smart engineered hardwood runs underfoot into your 200 square foot kitchen/lounge. Smoke grey cabinets with chunky white worktops sit at one end, with that balcony at the other, and a wealth of bright, stylish sociable space in between.

Your balcony's sheltered, so you can take the air whenever you like. A great spot for morning coffee. Back inside and your principal bedroom is a solid double, with more of that sleek grey hardwood underfoot, floor to ceiling window and an en suite shower room with walk in rainfall shower. From here it's just fifteen minutes to King's Cross, so you can hit the heart of London in less than twenty minutes door to door. Closer to home, the Blackhorse Beer Mile starts just moments away, a beloved collection of independent taprooms, craft breweries and family friendly beer gardens. You're sure to find a favourite.

a word from the owner...

"Moving to Blackhorse Road in its first development was such a great choice because we got to be part of something real from the start. It's been amazing to see the area grow into a buzzing, creative community, and knowing that Eclipse helped make that happen just makes it feel even more special. It’s like watching something you care about come to life, even if it is now time to move away."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Collendale Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
