"We love this flat. The location is perfect. We're just a stones throw from the high street with its shops, restaurants, pubs and market. Today Bread is a staple for us and we visit Sodo Pizza a little too much! Walthamstow Central tube and bus station is around the corner, offering fantastic transport links across London, and we are just a short walk from Lloyd Park and Orford Road. Despite its central location the flat itself sits on a quiet residential street with no through traffic, offering a peaceful retreat. The high ceilings and beautiful period victorian features create a wonderful living space. We love the spacious living room with its window blinds and high ceilings - height that is not easy to find in a property. There is a second bedroom that we use as an office for working from home. Also, the private garden is the perfect size and a great spot to relax or have friends over for a barbecue. Finally, we have been fortunate to have fantastic neighbours who have created an active community with an annual street party, and who are always on hand to help. Overall, Cleveland Park Avenue has offered the perfect blend of great connections, with a tranquil home environment. We're sure the next residents will enjoy it as much as we have."

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
