"After nearly 5 wonderful years here, it’s hard for me to leave this beautiful flat with its lovely neighbours and incredible location. What first made me fall in love with it was the gorgeous dark wooden floorboards throughout the flat and the light pouring in through the living room doors. Being on the fourth floor gives the flat great views, especially of the city. NYE is particularly special as you can see panoramic views of the fireworks from the balcony! Location wise, you really are spoilt for choice. There's E2 Common just across the green which serves delicious brunch/lunch options and the best coffee. The Sun Tavern at end of the road doesn't get much better as a local (check out the live music there every Sunday). And there's just so much on its doorstep, including Paradise Row, Hackney Road, Broadway market and Colombia Road flower market. It's been a dream home!"
