Being on the top floor we spend all our time with all the windows open all summer and a breeze rolling through. Such a quiet location on the back of the square, but also on the doorstep of all the amazing cafes, restaurants, amenities of lower Clapton, Hackney and Chatsworth. Chatsworth Road and Broadway Market are both such easy strolls. Will be a very bittersweet goodbye. "
