Recently refurbished to a pristine, polished finish throughout, this one bedroom first floor flat is an utterly immaculate find just moments from the heart of our beloved borough, with Walthamstow Central less than five minutes on foot.

As well as that dream location, with everything from transport links to green spaces and buzzing nightlife on your doorstep, you have a private, secluded rear courtyard, your own oasis in the middle of the 'Stow.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be stretching your open plan living space, with extra peace and quiet courtesy of your end terrace position. Step inside and your bedroom's directly on the left, a double full of natural light thanks to that large window. Flooring is flawless smoky grey engineered hardwood throughout. Onto the bathroom, sleek and chic in white with designer fittings. To the right sits your bright and airy open plan kitchen living room, with a sleek suite of white cabinets and integrated appliances, all nicely tucked away down one side. Large windows flood the whole space with light.

Outside and, as noted, our comprehensive transport hub of Walthamstow Central is less than five minutes walk. From here it's just fifteen minutes direct to Kings Cross via the Victoria line (and we're at the top of the line here so you'll always get a seat) with both the West End and City also handy at a mere twenty minutes direct. Next door to the station you have the Empire Cinema, plus half a dozen adjacent restaurants (including The Collab, a meat-lover's paradise where you order and pay right from the table).

WHAT ELSE?

- Our renowned destination of Walthamstow Village is less than half a mile on foot. This leafy part-pedestrianised oasis is home to a huge range of high end wining and dining establishments. From the bistro chic of Eat17 to the artisanal hedonism of Mother's Ruin, there's a favourite spot for everyone.
- Yet another landmark within easy reach, the open green spaces and landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park, are just a ten minute stroll away. Home to cafes, courts and a huge range of sports clubs and classes, including Bootcamp and the ever popular Yoga Me Happy.
- Europe's longest street market sits a short stroll away on our famous High Street. If you can't buy it here you probably don't really need it.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 7 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub. There are four trains stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname ‘awesomestow’”. Church Hill, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
