You'll take the second route back into your home, through the convenient ground floor utility room.

Heading upstairs you'll arrive in your 190 square foot principal bedroom. a word from the owner...

"We have lived here for 35 year and both our children attended Highams Park School and had a great experience. It’s very convenient to reach Liverpool Street and the Victoria Line as we’re less than a 10 minute walk away from the station. You’re also only a few minutes away from Highams Park Lake which is lovely for walks and local events. We’ve enjoyed how close we have been to shops, restaurants, and bars. The house itself is great for family occasions and entertaining as it’s so spacious, we have great neighbours and even though the garden is a great size, we are a few moments away from the allotments, perfect for those with green fingers."

Our Local Guide:
Highams Park

Church Avenue, Highams Park — Stow Brothers

Not everyone in the capital has heard of Highams Park, and that’s only a good thing. Although it’s well connected to Central London on the Overground to Liverpool Street, it’s tucked out of sight enough to ensure that the picturesque woodland and coffee shops have a slightly exclusive feel. That’s not to say that the locals are a cliquey bunch though – far from it, they’ve been welcoming savvy families and individuals after a little more bang for their buck for years.

All the extra space offered up from Epping Forest and Highams Park itself might be the main draw, but newcomers stay for the perks; the silver-lining of the secret slowly getting out is a vibrant and buzzing community which has created a lively food and drink scene.
