Set on the first floor of a striking period home, this two-bedroom apartment conversion has a lengthy list of highlights, including the additional study / nursery room, immaculate decor, gorgeous features and ample storage.

As for the location, it’s situated moments away from the brilliant bars and eateries found around the thriving Upper Leytonstone neighbourhood - and it’s less than ten minutes on foot to Leytonstone tube.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

It’ll take a long time before the novelty of walking up to your handsome, brick-fronted home wears off, and the first floor apartment is just as stunning on the inside too, having been recently refurbished… Your open plan kitchen/reception is gloriously bright thanks to the large bay windows, which showcase the spotless neutral decor and soft carpeting. This design contrasts beautifully with the kitchen area, where you’ll find engineered parquet underfoot and lovely deep blue shake-style units, as well as integrated appliances and a stylish marble-esque splash back. You’ll find a similar polished finish in your contemporary bathroom, while the bedrooms are both as plush with more spotless decor. You’ll love the convenience of the additional study/office room, too.

Beyond that lovely frontage, you're perfectly placed for all that Leytonstone has to offer; the Filly Brook, Heathcote & Star and Arch Deli are right on your doorstep and sure to become your new faves, while the excellent amenities of Francis Road are just a short stretch further. This lively area attracts visitors from all parts of London, but it has a close community of friendly locals at heart.

You’ll never be stuck for essentials since there’s an abundance of convenience stores on the Leytonstone High Road and the Leyton High Road (you’re handily between both), plus you’re only a short hop on the bus or Central line from Westfield Stratford and the Olympic Park. Looking to get out of London? Drivers are less than ten minutes from the North Circular.

WHAT ELSE?

- Leytonstone station is around eight minutes on foot to give you access to the Central Line. Or hop on to the Overground at Leyton Midland Road for the Gospel Oak to Barking line, also a short walk away.
- Beyond the Aquatics Centre in the Olympic Park, you’ll find East Bank, which is set to be the new cultural heart of London, with world-renowned organisations like BBC Music, Sadler's Wells and a new V&A partnership making it their home.
- Parents will be pleased to find several popular primary and secondary schools in the area.

a word from the owner...

"The neighbours are very friendly and have made me feel very welcome. This includes the properties to the side, in front and behind the property. This is a quite leafy road so a very pleasant place to be. Leytonstone tube station is only a short walk away and gives easy and fast access to central London. Locally there as some very nice coffee shops and pubs to socialise with locals."

Our Local Guide:
Leytonstone

Cavendish Drive, Leytonstone — Stow Brothers

There’s more to Leytonstone than first meets the eye. Say the name to one person and they might think of the grand houses around Hollow Ponds, while say it to someone else and they’ll mention burgeoning South Leytonstone, or maybe the popular Bushwood. There are many different pockets, but they’re all united by the same inclusive community who recognise that it’s the balance of it all that makes Leytonstone so great.

The centre is arguably the high street with its eclectic shops and eateries, but you only have to venture slightly further away and you’ll come across hidden gems like bar Filly Brook on Grove Green Road, music venue Luna Lounge in Bushwood, or the The Hitchcock Hotel in Upper Leytonstone. Travel a little beyond and you’ll find further contrast with the vast green space that Hollow Ponds and the Wanstead Flats provide. Simply put, you’ll never get bored in Leytonstone.
