2 Bedroom

A sparklingly refurbished two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a handsome Victorian conversion on the Lloyd Park borders. Recently refinished to a very high standard, everything's fresh and immaculate throughout with all sorts of designer features and flourishes, plus lush rear garden.

The Lloyd Park Conservation Area is one of our most sought after locales, with a charming rural feel and one of our borough's proudest landmarks right on your doorstep. Lloyd Park's open green spaces and landscaped gardens are perfect for morning jogs and evening strolls, all mere moments away.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be enjoying all the love, care and attention to detail that's gone into this artful refurbishment from front to back. Your 150 square foot front lounge has a trio of striking dark designer radiators sat beneath that beautifully bright bay window. The hearth is tiled in classic tranquil tones, fittings are chrome and engineered blonde hardwood runs underfoot.

Next door your first bedroom is a bright, welcoming double, equally immaculate with more blonde hardwood and another designer radiator below the window. Your kitchen's every bit as pristine as you'll by now expect; timber worktops, sleek white cabinets and a backsplash echoing the lounge's hearth. Finally, your bathroom's tiled from floor to ceiling in smoky sandstone, bedroom two's another double and your private rear garden's features a secluded length of lawn, surrounded by lush screening foliage.

WHAT ELSE?

Outside, and a brief seven minute stroll across the park gets you to Bell Corner, home to a convenient confluence of bus routes, a fine choice of independent cafes and one of our borugh's most-loved gastropubs, The Bell. It's also your gateway to our main thoroughfare of Hoe Street, home to a diverse range of bars, restaurants and venues, including the incoming Soho Theatre Walthamstow, breathing new life into our classic art deco cinema.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”. Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Carr Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
