A perfectly pristine one bedroom ground floor Warner apartment enviably located on the borders of Lloyd Park – it's right at the end of your garden! Thanks to the classic Warner design you have a dedicated front door and private section of rear garden, while Design & Decor is inventive and flawless.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be relaxing among some gorgeous, vintage style – your 155 square foot front lounge has hardwood floors underfoot, a beautiful exposed brick chimney breast and timber beam, plus iconic filament lighting. The bedroom is a solid double with garden view, while the bathroom has to be seen to be believed; vintage fittings, metro tiling and a separate rainfall shower cubicle.

There's a second entertaining space in the form of the 130 square foot kitchen/diner. Perfect for hosting family and friends alike, you have timber floorboards underfoot, wooden worktops and a handy nook with exposed brick arch. Here's also where you access the garden – a private strip of patio, gravel and raised beds, with a shed at the end and Lloyd Park just over the fence.

Lloyd Park's landscaped gardens and green spaces are home to cafes, courts and the famous William Morris gallery as well as manner of sports clubs and classes. Ideal for morning jogs, evening strolls, picnics and parties it's the pride of Waltham Forest and it's all literally on your doorstep.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub. There are four train stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname awsomestow”. JON VASSALO MEDIA MANAGER

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Carr Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
