"I've really enjoyed living at Cann Hall Road. It has a genuine feel of community, a plethora of excellent restaurants and cafes nearby, the greenery of Wanstead Flats only a 5 minute walk away, and easy access to Wanstead Park, Epping Forest, and Hackney Marshes. Despite the greenery, it's only a 15 minute walk to Forest Gate station on the Elizabeth line, and is not much further from Leyton and Leytonstone for the Central line. If you have a bike, you can also get to Stratford in under 10 minutes, for shopping and the Jubilee line. It's rare for London to feel both this green and this connected. The flat itself is very peaceful, particularly the rear, where the kitchen and sitting area open out into a quiet south-facing garden, which is a real sun trap and great for barbecues, or just quiet evenings reading. The bedroom is generous with good storage and, while I use the front room as a study, it has in the past been used as a large second bedroom - either way, due to the large kitchen and living area, the flat is not short on living space."
