it is beautiful and house and garden. it is such a treat looking out to trees from both the front and back windows, and it is such a peaceful end of terrace haven, we'll be sad to say goodbye to our home. the area seems to be developing rapidly with blok yoga and fitness studio and blondies taproom and brewery at patchworks around the corner, and francis road and walthamstow village opening new amenities all the time. the house is near so many green spaces; great for long walks and bike rides in parks, hackney marshes and in epping forest. it is a warm and welcoming neighbourhood, with several street parties, craft sales and seasonal events throughout the year. there are several outstanding rated schools withing walking distance, and buses, tubes and overground access into central london.
