A beautifully bright four bedroom family home, artfully developed across three storeys and brimming with stylish charm and vintage character. You have dual receptions, twin bathrooms and rear garden. Barking Road is just moments away.

East Ham tube, sat in zone three for the Hammersmith & City and District lines, is a little over fifteen minutes walk and will whisk you straight to Liverpool Street just as quickly, putting the City around a half hour away door to door.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be relaxing among a wealth of original vintage features. In the hallway you're greeted by artfully restored period timber floorboards underfoot, flowing on into your 150 square foot front reception, where you'll also find an exposed brick chimney breast with open hearth, set against a sky blue statement wall. Your rear reception's similarly styled and 130 square feet, raising the tempting prospect of connecting the two.

The ground floor's completed by your bright, dual aspect kitchen, where sleek, glossy white cabinets face each other beneath timber worktops and white metro tile splashbacks. Upstairs your principal bedroom mirrors your lounge, with exposed brick chimney breast and original floorboards. Bedroom two's another double, while your family bathroom features a rainfall shower over the L-shaped tub. Finally, your substantial skylit loft conversion features two more bedrooms as well as your bright, polished second bathroom.

Outside, your rear garden's particularly picturesque. Emerge from the secluded slate bed in the side return and an immaculate patio sits beneath a timber pergola and sheltering bamboo, an ideal al fresco dining spot. A decked pathway wends between zero maintenance Trulawn, ending in a handy shed. It's all surrounded by timber fencing for privacy. A lovely solace.

- The open greenery of Barking Recreation Ground is just three minutes round the corner. Perfect for morning jogs, evening strolls or exercising furry friends.

a word from the owners...

"We moved to East Ham in 2018 after looking for a house with outdoor space. We've really loved our time here making the house our family home with the addition of two new little members. The house is situated on a quiet street within walking distance to everything we need, such as the underground with the district and Hammersmith lines running to central London (30 mins), groceries and the high street just 10 minutes walk away as well as good and outstanding schools. The A406 can also be accessed within a couple of minutes driving. On the weekend we love to walk to Central Park and visit the café for coffee and cake. A takeaway from one of the many local restaurants is definitely something we'd recommend, as well as a visit to The Red Lion Pub which has a great selection of drinks, sourdough pizza, Sunday roast and beer garden. Stratford and the Olympic Park can be accessed via the Greenway, a cycle route not too far away which we've enjoyed on bikes and more recently on walks with children. We hope that the next owners enjoy living here as much as we have."
