"We have lived here for six years and love the community feel on the street with the street WhatsApp Group and the regular street parties, everyone really comes together and the neighbours are amazing, the quiet nature of the street with no through traffic really adds to the community feel. The house has been fully re-furbished with top of the range Samsung appliances in the kitchen and underfloor heating in the bathroom and garden room, all the doors and windows have been fully modernised, the roof replaced and fully insulated which keeps the energy bills low and house cosy. There is also a wealth of built in storage throughout the house and the west facing garden is an amazing sun-trap which make for great summer evening barbeque's and picnics. We have thoroughly loved living in this house and community."

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too. 

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space.
