IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be enjoying all the timeless benefits of Walthamstow's signature Warner design, the brainchild of our first mayor, with seamless flow and vintage features throughout. Your bright reception room, finished in crisp white, bathes in copious light courtesy of the box bay window. Natural wood flooring runs underfoot and you have ample storage and shelving. Next door, your first double bedroom features a lovely original fireplace, and that same effortless vintage style.

The kitchen, with the same wood flooring as the rest of your home, is paired with white cabinetry and an off white tile splashback. A salmon accent wall adds a pop of colour, while outdoor access adds an airy feel to the space. The bathroom features a storage closet, a spacious tub with shower, and a clean design with white tile walls and grey floor tiles. The second bedroom, located at the rear, is finished in sage grey. It overlooks the garden through two windows and includes an integrated white wardrobe.

Step outside, and you'll find yourself on a leafy residential street, conveniently located near some of Walthamstow's best eateries, pubs, and green spaces. Beloved Lloyd Park is just a seven minute walk away, ideal for Saturday mornings at the farmer's market or exploring the manicured gardens and the William Morris Gallery. Head south, and you'll reach Hoe Street, home to popular spots like Buhler and Co, The Bell, and Sodo Pizza. For expansive greenery, Epping Forest is just under a half hour walk away, featuring vast, ancient woodlands to explore.

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Brettenham Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
