An immaculate two bedroom end of terrace with south-facing garden, located in the very heart of our most sought-after neighbourhood. With superlative natural spaces, schools, transport options and amenities nearby, this is quite a find.

If a leisurely Sunday stroll is on the cards then head to Leyton Flats, a mere fourteen minutes away on foot. Buy some bird food from the kiosk before hiring a row boat to explore the waterways of Hollow Pond in the company of feathery friends. Then perhaps sate the appetite you've worked up in Bom Pecado, a Portuguese eaterie belying its humble exterior, or watch the sun set at the recently-refurbished Hitchcock Hotel.

You'll be relaxing with friends and family in your sizeable 200 square foot lounge/diner with pristine white walls and flawless engineered hardwood underfoot. Bright and characterful, it's a great social space which overlooks the garden. Speaking of which, step through the patio door here for your south-facing outside space where a smart patio's surrounded by raised beds that count ferns and a rosemary bush amongst their charms. It's a gorgeous sun spot, ideal for barbecues and al fresco entertaining.

Back inside and the kitchen's dressed in a flawless charcoal suite of cabinets housing a full complement of integrated appliances, cheery canary yellow flourishes and a leafy view. Head upstairs now and your master bedroom's a substantial 115 square foot double with a wealth of built-in storage and garden vista. Versatile bedroom two comes in at eighty square feet and is just as impeccable, while lastly your bathroom's home to sparkling white metro tiles, an oversized rainfall shower over the tub, on-trend integrated trough sink and heated towel rail.

Outside and Walthamstow Village is just outside, its leafy streets, historic architecture and award-winning wining and dining establishments all within the easiest reach. From the craft ales and warm welcomes at The Wild Card Brewery Barrel Store and Pillars Brewery, to the eccentric environs of The Nag's Head, the delicious Sunday roasts at The Queen's Arms and tempting tapas at the Orford Saloon, there's something for every mood or occasion gathered on your doorstep. If clean eating's for you then Peeld Poke & Acai on Orford Road is a great place to watch the world go by.

- Current or prospective parents will be pleased to know you have no fewer than twenty five primary/secondary schools in a one mile radius, all rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted, an incredible seven of which have been deemed 'Outstanding'.
- Walthamstow Central station is less than ten minutes' walk and will whisk you directly to Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus in just twenty minutes. Plus next door you'll find the Walthamstow Mall, Empire Cinema and our thriving thoroughfare of Hoe Street.
- If historic architecture's your thing then follow former high street Orford Road to its end. Here the Ancient House faces St Mary's churchyard and you may well forget you're only a short hop from central London in these Dickensian surroundings.

a word from the owner....

"We moved to Walthamstow to enjoy its vibrancy and culture and have not been disappointed. With the Ravenswood Industrial Estate five minutes away, Orford Road and the delights of Parish Wines and the wonderful Eat 17-run Spar a similar distance, we have been spoilt for choice. We have also been regular visitors to the greenery in the area and love that you can stroll to Lloyd Park, Chestnuts Field and Hollow Ponds in around 15 minutes, or Epping Forest for beautiful year-round walks. Being positioned at the bottom of a private road is very peaceful and the house benefits from a shed running its length (perfect for keeping bikes and mud out of the house) and two dedicated parking spaces. Bremer Mews is a lovely community where everyone is friendly and helps each other out and we will miss it very much."

Our Local Guide:

Bremer Mews, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
