This spacious and artistically designed two-bedroom first floor flat occupies a quiet position in a leafy part of London, surrounded by greenery but still within easy reach of Manor Park tube - and the Central London beyond.

As well as the sought-after location, highlights include the balcony, separate kitchen and reception, plus ample storage. The spotless decor is the icing on the cake.

IF YOU LIVED HERE

You'll love the peace and quiet that comes with living somewhere fully surrounded by green space. All the stunning nature will make sitting our on your balcony enjoyable whatever the season, but the space will come into its own during the warmer months.

Thanks to the immaculate refurbishment, the view from inside your home is just as pleasing… For a start, you’ve got almost 700 square feet of space to spread out in. Due to its modern decor and generous proportions, the reception room has a bright and brilliant feel. There’s plenty of room for working or socialising, and the separate kitchen will be extra convenient, especially with its smart units and stylish fittings.

Both bedrooms have pristine decor, and you’ll particularly appreciate the way natural light pours into the dual aspect one. The bathroom has been finished to the same high standard, and has an over-tub shower.

As for beyond, the Aldersbrook neighbourhood is highly sought-after thanks to its balance of rural charm and proximity to the cosmopolitan capital. Aldersbrook Riding School is less than 20 mins away on foot, while Aldersbrook Bowls Club is just five mins, so you’ve got plenty of opportunity for unique hobbies.

To the north, you’ll find Wanstead Park, a much loved community space and landmark of historical importance, which hosts regular activities. Look out for the 250-year old Grotto, which is undergoing restoration to bring it back to its former glory. Meanwhile to the south, there’s Wanstead Flat, at the southernmost tip of Epping Forest, which was cleared of trees centuries ago and now acts as a great spot for picnics, sport and exploring nature.

WHAT ELSE?

- Manor Park station is a 22 minute walk - or a shorter cycle - across the park, where you can travel directly to Liverpool Street in 16 minutes via Crossrail’s Elizabeth line.
- Drivers benefit from being around 10 minutes from the North Circular.
- Parents will be pleased to know you have a choice of excellent primary/secondary schools in the area - this is one of the main reason why the area is so popular.

a word from the owner...

"We have spent almost 10 happy years in beautiful Aldersbrook and will miss it greatly when we relocate. We love the green open spaces surrounding our home- Wanstead Flats to the front and Wanstead Park a few minutes walk to the rear, with lakes and woodlands to explore. The area has been a soothing and calm base from which to enjoy London's offerings. The new Elizabeth Line from nearby Manor Park has been fantastic, taking just 7 minutes to get to Stratford where there is shopping, great restaurants and the Olympic Park. Commuting to work has been super easy too, with great bus connections a three minute walk from the flat. The Crescent is a friendly and peaceful place with a strong sense of community, community hall and a local shop. The flat itself has been wonderful to live in, spacious and with well thought out storage both within and externally. We've enjoyed the amazing sense of space and light and the beautiful views of nature from our balcony."
