IF YOU LIVED HERE

Climb the stairs to arrive at your handsome landing with engineered hardwood underfoot and your 160 square foot front reception straight ahead. A trio of windows fill the space with natural light, and there's rich blonde hardwood underfoot. A splendid hosting space and a superb introduction. Next door your first bedroom's a dramatically finished double, with striking pink and black colour scheme.

Elsewhere your bathroom keeps the standard high, effortlessly stylish with white tile work, peach pink paint job and a vessel sink. Your kitchen's another eye-catching affair, with popping Royal Blue cabinets and glossy quartz style counters. Finally bedroom two is currently in use as a study, with smart South facing French doors letting in plenty of natural light and opening up to your balcony, ideal for coffee breaks.

Outside and the enviable environs of Walthamstow Village are barely ten minutes away, for a whole host of independent wining and dining establishments to explore. Start with The Castle, a cosy friendly gastropub, then stroll up to our original high street of Orford Road for more esoteric delights from the bistro chic of Eat17, Iberian delights at Orford Road tapas and lots more. Finally, check out Mother's Ruin gin palace for artisanal hedonism at its finest.

a word from the expert.......

"For me it’s the sheer variety you find in each pocket of Walthamstow that makes working and socialising here so enjoyable. Whether it’s having a coffee from Perky Blenders, going for a Sunday morning walk in Epping Forest, dropping into one of the local breweries in Blackhorse Road, or catching up with friends in Lloyd Park, the growth and positive changes within E17 have been incredible in recent years." Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Boundary Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
