2 Bedroom

2 Bath

An artfully appointed, two bedroom maisonette, laid out over the top two storeys of a lovingly developed Warner apartment. Outside, you have St James Street station and the famous Walthamstow High Street both within easy walking distance.

As smartly developed as this property is, you still have all those sought after Warner features, from the dedicated front door to the rock solid construction to the private rear garden. Dating back to the turn of the century, these are still some of the most popular properties around.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll find your new home bursting with original features and bespoke designer style throughout. Climb the stairs past a striking exposed brick wall for your showstopping front reception. In here you have a statement charcoal chimney breast, home to a vintage wood burner and contrasting beautifully with the light engineered hardwood underfoot, bistro shuttered windows and light, airy colour scheme.

Elsewhere bedroom one's a smart double with garden views, currently the perfect study. Your family bathroom's a tranquil affair in pastel mint green metro tiles, with a rainfall shower over the clawfoot tub. Your kitchen/diner's bright, pristine and generous, with a seamless suite of cabinets, chunky-countered chef's island and another characterful wall of exposed brick. Finally, your loft suite brings another palatial sleeper, skylit, with a Juliet balcony and boutique en suite shower room.

St James Street station is around twenty minutes on foot, or a speedy five minute cycle. From here it's just eighteen minutes direct to Liverpool Street and the City. Here' also where you'll find CRATE St James, a thriving cultural and commercial hub, home to a huge range of independent, entrepreneurial offerings, from burger bars to yoga studios. Finally, here's where our famous High Street begins, home to the longest street market in Europe.

WHAT ELSE?

- Don't forget your garden. Accessed by an internal staircase it's home to a patio, a flourishing trio of kitchen beds and a timber decked seating area to the rear. A lovely coffee spot.
- Lea Bridge Road station is around twelve minutes away for speedy overground connections to Stratford. The open greenery of Hackney Marshes is just a few minutes' walk past the station.
- Your new local could be the Hare & Hounds, Lea Bridge Road's finest gastropub with a delicious menu, sumptuous decor and delightful beer garden. Less than five minutes on foot.

a word from the owner...

"We've greatly enjoyed our time in this home, creating many cherished memories as we made it our own. The loft has been our personal haven, offering a peaceful retreat where we can unwind and relax. The garden is our favourite summer spot, where we've delighted in growing our own vegetables while the living room with wood burner gave us amazing times in winter. The convenience of being close to Lea Bridge station has been wonderful, making travel easy, yet we also love how the nearby Lea Valley is providing a serene escape just a stone's throw away. This home has been a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and tranquility for us."

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Blyth Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
