2 Bedroom

1 Bath

A pristine and lovingly developed two bedroom ground floor Warner apartment. Bright and flawless throughout, you're just three minutes from Blackhorse Road Victoria line station, with the thriving social hub of Blackhorse Lane just beyond.

Our signature Warner design was the brain child of Walthamstow's first mayor, Sir Thomas Courtenay Warner, at the turn of the century, and these rock solid properties remain some of the most popular housing around.

Your new Warner home features a dedicated front door and a private section of rear garden. Step inside and richly restored original timber flooring runs underfoot in your lengthy central hallway. Bedroom one is immediately on the right, a generous. striking double currently in use as a second reception (thanks to the flexible Warner layout). Next door, bedroom two is another double and both are home to floor to ceiling integrated wardrobes.

Your kitchen features twin flanks of mint green cabinets with contrasting onyx accents, timber worktops and vintage patterned floor tiles. Your garden's accessed from here too, a BBQ-perfect mix of decking, Trulawn and patio, flanked by timber fencing and flourishing foliage. Back inside and your bathroom's a flawless affair in white and smoke grey, while your lounge to the rear is immaculate and welcoming with a classic wood burner below a reclaimed railway sleeper mantel.

Outside and, as noted, you have Blackhorse Road station just three minutes away on foot. From here it's a mere fifteen minutes direct to Kings Cross via the Victoria line, putting the heart of London barely twenty minutes away door to door. The much-loved Blackhorse Beer Mile starts just the other side of the station, on Blackhorse Lane. This friendly collection of independent taprooms, craft breweries and beer gardens will appeal to families and fans of artisanal ale alike.

- Walthamstow Wetlands, at 500 acres London's largest nature reserve, is just a half mile on foot anytime you want to lose yourself in endless blue and green space.
- At 166 years, the lease won't cause you any renewal worries.
- Looking for a fun new way to get in shape? The climbing walls at Yonder cater for clamberers of all ages, there's also a cafe for social climbers and it's all just a third of a mile on foot from your new front door.

a word from the owners......

"We've really loved turning this property into our first home. A highlight being the private garden, which has hosted many BBQ's for friends over the years. Being so close to the station and tonnes of green space has been perfect for our lifestyle. Blackhorse Road has really become a thriving area over the six years we've been here. It continues to get better with breweries and cafes popping up every week. We hope someone will love it as much as we do!"

Our Local Guide:

Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
