"I lived at the property for 8 years and was very happy with the transport links, the bus stops and Clapton overground station are all within 5-15 minute walk away. There is a convenience store across the road and bigger shops in nearby Stamford Hill. Springfield Park is just around the corner and is a lovely park for walks and has a nice coffee shop. There is a great gym (Blok) in walking distance."
