A light-filled and spacious two bedroom Victorian mid terrace overlooking the open green spaces and landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park. Currently unfurnished and ripe for making your own, you've a capacious, open plan reception and west-facing private garden, all perfectly positioned in central Walthamstow.

Sat on a tranquil, tree-lined road, you're in the heart of the Lloyd Park conservation area, with natural havens, transport links and excellent schools within easy reach.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll have one of our finest landmarks right on your doorstep - perfect for morning jogs, afternoon picnics and evening strolls. Lloyd Park's open green spaces and landscaped gardens are home to streams, an outdoor gym, courts and cafes. Not to mention the famous William Morris Gallery and occasional big ticket events like the Walthamstow Garden Party.

Inside and your open plan, dual aspect twin reception comes in at a huge 140 square feet with a bay window framing leafy street views, stripped timber floorboards underfoot and an ornate ebony fireplace centrepiece. Continue through to your (again, dual aspect) kitchen to be greeted by a gleaming, contemporary space decked out in a white metro tiled backsplash, timber-topped worktops and leafy views. Your garden's also accessed from here. Back inside and head up to the first floor for two double bedrooms, the master a generous 160 square feet with twin windows and built-in storage. Finally, your bathroom's another impressive space adorned with sleek grey marbled tiles, a tub and dedicated shower cubicle.

Outside and our bustling main thoroughfare of Hoe Street is just three minutes away on foot, with a wide range of artisanal shops and independent eating and drinking establishments including Bloom of the Block, Ten Days of Vintage, Clapton Craft, Cove E17 and Cafe Delice. Try the handmade patties at Brioche Burger or the live entertainment at Ye Olde Rose and Crown Theatre Pub (where you can sometimes catch surprisingly big names trying out new material).

Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Bedford Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
