"We love this place and we wouldn't be selling if it wasn't the right time for us to move further out. We think you'll love it too; Parking: You'll benefit your own car parking space in the secure garage under the building where there is access to electric charging. Concierge service: Ensures you never miss a delivery. Transport: we're a 1 minute walk from Lea Bridge station (3 mins to Stratford and 3 mins to Tottenham Hale) - You'll still find yourself running for the train though! Green spaces: Walthamstow Marshes, Hackney Marshes, the Olympic park, River Lea, Leyton Jubilee park - all within walking (or running...!) distance. Views: An unimpeded view from the 7th floor across East London - a real highlight on fireworks night or new years! Space: Our flat is really spacious, with the second bedroom doubling as a generous sized office and the benefit of two bathrooms means guests can have their own privacy. Shops nearby: Lots of options, including a zero waste shop and coffee shops but our favourites are the Pavilion Bakery, Pinch la deli and Romeo and Guilletta gelateria. Lea valley riding centre and Lea valley ice rink are on your doorstep, there's also a brand new gym in the ice rink which is very reasonably priced. Quiet: The flats themselves are very sound proof - we've never heard the neighbours on our floor! Additionally the glass is triple glazed. Warm and energy efficient: It's best of both worlds really - it's not too hot in the summer on this side of the building, and never cold in the winter. We can honestly say we've never used the heating in the bedroom or bathrooms. It's been a lovely first home for us, and I'm sure the next owners will make lots of happy memories."
