1 Bedroom

1 Bath

A freshly refurbished, utterly pristine one bedroom apartment with grey wood effect floors, heaps of natural light and designer fixtures and fittings throughout. It's all sat on the first floor of a low rise modern development, just off St. James Street.

One of our most exciting new neighbourhoods, St. James Street is home to an ever evolving range of cafes, shops and restaurants. St. James Street station will get you to Liverpool Street in twenty minutes.

IF YOU LIVED HERE…

You'll be enjoying a high specification, a one bedroom flat with high end appliances in the kitchen and a separate lounge/dining area. Stylish grey wood effect floor runs underfoot throughout, complimenting a lighter oak effect work top paired with white fitted cabinets and integrated appliances.

Elsewhere, the bedroom is a generous double, finished to the same high standard, with the same grey flooring and crisp white walls. The bathroom is a contemporary affair with white metro tiling, matching a white suite, finished with wood shelving and panelling.

St James Street station is just three minutes' walk, for direct twenty minute runs to Liverpool Street. Alternatively, Walthamstow Central is just a half mile on foot and will get you straight to Oxford Circus just as quickly via the Victoria line. Walthamstow High Street, home to the longest street market in Europe, starts right next to St James Street, for all the supermarkets, cafes and other amenities you could wish for.

WHAT ELSE?

- Crate St James, home to a rotating array of independent entrepreneurs from cafes to bakeries, breweries and barbers, is less than five minutes' walk. Be sure to try the mouth-watering offerings at Baggio Burger.
- For your new local we have to recommend a personal favourite, The Chequers is a real 'stow institution, a much loved gastropub with a delicious menu and large beer garden, all just five minutes away on foot.
- Current or prospective parents will be pleased to know you have nineteen primary/secondary schools in a one mile radius alone, all rated 'Good' or better by Ofsted. The 'Outstanding' South Grove Primary is just a two minute walk.

a word from the expert...

“I have worked in Walthamstow for over 10 years, and I still enjoy the buzz in the area. From the scene in Walthamstow Central which offers Collab, Gokyuzu and the Empire cinema. Take a short stroll to the famous William Morris gallery which is located on the popular Lloyd Park surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Walthamstow Village has been a popular trend for me over the years with its bubbly night life and quirky pubs. My personal favourite is The Village Pub. There are four trains stations in Walthamstow. Walthamstow Central, Wood Street, Blackhorse Road and Walthamstow Queens Road. I have commuted to and from Central London from Walthamstow Train Station which takes less than 20 minutes so I can see why Walthamstow has the nickname ‘awesomestow’ ”. Our Local Guide:
Walthamstow

Arkley Road, Walthamstow — Stow Brothers

Situated on the edge of spacious Epping Forest, but every inch urban London, Walthamstow is one of those rare locations where you can have your (artisan) cake and eat it too.

Built from proper East End roots, the rapidly expanding community has transformed the area into a buzzy, creative hub and destination in its own right, making Walthamstow’s close proximity to central London less relevant than it perhaps once was (although if you must leave, it’s only a short hop on the Victoria line or London Overground). In fact, these days you’re more likely to see daytrippers coming into the area, keen to sample its varied offerings of food, drink, culture and green space. However, lucky locals get the added benefit of being part of a genuinely cheery community – and amongst the first to know about that latest hot new opening.
