"I love this flat and will find it hard to leave. I've restored it over the last two years and it's become my home. I feel safe and love the street, Neighbours are friendly and are always happy to feed the cat if I'm away. You're a short walk away from the marshes which were my saviour in lock down. You can walk or run anywhere from the house which is a real plus for me and there's a tonne of green space at your doorstep. It takes me 15 minutes (when timed right) to get from the flat into Liverpool St. alternatively it takes me 5 minutes on the train to get to the Vicky line at Walthamstow Central. I had planned to be here for a good few years but having met my partner we're keen to buy a home that we build together."
