A charming and spacious one bedroom apartment just a short stroll from plentiful wild open green spaces, parks and wetlands. You're sat on the top floor of a modest, modern development, with rooftop views all around and a charming private balcony.

Your development also features a sizeable roof terrace, the perfect spot for taking in those horizon-wide natural views, or just getting to know the neighbours.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

The star of the show will be your 300 square foot kitchen/diner, with pale blonde engineered hardwood floors and pristine white walls making the most of the natural light pouring in from the balcony. Your kitchen's artfully zoned by slate grey floor tiling, and home to a suite of smoky grey cabinets, chrome fittings and chunky dark countertops.

Step outside and your balcony runs the full thirty-plus foot breadth of the property, offering rooftop views to the west. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening tipple. Elsewhere, your substantial double bedroom also enjoys balcony views, with integrated wardrobes and a full wall of open shelving above the bed. Finally, your bathroom's immaculately tiled from floor to ceiling.

Outside and, as noted, you've a diverse wealth of greenery on your doorstep. The landscaped gardens and open green spaces of Lloyd Park are less than half a mile on foot, and home to cafes, courts, an outdoor gym and thriving Saturday market (great for fresh produce). Ideal for morning jog and evening strolls, and home to a wide range of sports clubs and classes, it's a great spot to have on your doorstep.

WHAT ELSE?

- Jump on a 158 bus just round the corner on North Countess Road and you can be at Blackhorse Road station in less than ten minutes, for direct fifteen minute runs to Kings Cross via the Victoria line.
- There's a welcome wealth of integrated storage in your hallway, always a superb addition to any London apartment.
- Take a twenty minute stroll through Lloyd Park and you come to Bell Corner, home to a number of charming independent cafes and coffee shops as well as one of Walthamstow's finest gastropubs, The Bell.

a word from the owner...

"We have loved living in our flat due to its close proximity to nature, be it the Wetlands, marshes or Epping Forest - you are never further than a 20-minute walk or bike ride to some of London’s most beautiful green spaces. With all the amazing new restaurants and breweries popping up near Blackhorse Road, we will miss being able to step outside our front door and enjoy all that the local Higham Hill and Blackhorse Road community has offer. The development itself has a great sense of community, with a real family orientated feel that offers lots of open spaces and playgrounds - such as Cheney Row Park behind the flats - for children to play in. It’s a wonderful flat, and we have really enjoyed living here and making it our home; if it offered more room for our growing family we’d have loved to stay. "
