Despite being set within the very heart of Hackney Central, the Colonnades is a very peaceful place to live, surrounded by no-through roads and facing into a lovely communal garden providing a quiet hidden oasis. The flat is close to multiple transport links, although being within walking distance of so many parks, markets, cafes and restaurants makes it very easy to never leave the area! With all the original features of the previous factory such as the enormous windows, high ceilings, columns, brick walls and parquet flooring in place, the flat is light, spacious, and solid. The residents share a WhatsApp group, a great neighbourly community always ready to help each other out."
