We will never request the transfer of deposits or any funds via email. Any such request is fraudulent.

If you receive a message asking for payment or banking information, do not respond. Instead, contact us immediately using a verified phone number or other trusted communication method.

Lettings

We do not request move-in payments or rental funds directly. All rental payments should be arranged by you independently once your tenancy has commenced. If you receive any message claiming to be from us requesting direct payment, please reach out to our office immediately, as this is not part of our company policy.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss of funds due to payments made in response to fraudulent or incorrect information.
